Description
An oil-based flavouring that can be used to flavour anything from buttercreams, cupcakes, cakes, chocolates, ganache, ice cream, macaron shells, royal icing, meringues, gummy candy and even hard candy. Our essences are of a high quality and strong in their flavour. Do not use more than 3-5 drops. This essence is darker in colour than the usual essences and has a dark chocolate taste yet not bitter.
