An oil-based flavouring that can be used to flavour anything from buttercreams, cupcakes, cakes, chocolates, ganache, ice cream, macaron shells, royal icing, meringues, gummy candy and even hard candy. Our essences are of a high quality and strong in their flavour. Do not use more than 3-5 drops. It is non-alcoholic flavoring that mimics the taste of traditional Irish cream liqueur, which combines whiskey, cream, and chocolate. It typically contains flavorings such as chocolate, vanilla, coffee, almonds, and sometimes caramel, along with sweeteners and coloring agents like E150a or sucralose.
