An oil-based flavouring that can be used to flavour anything from buttercreams, cupcakes, cakes, chocolates, ganache, ice cream, macaron shells, royal icing, meringues, gummy candy and even hard candy. Our essences are of a high quality and strong in their flavour. Do not use more than 3-5 drops. A tropical fragrance of pineapple and a sweet yet tangy taste.
