Chocolate Victorian Sponge Premix is a ready made dry baking mix that already contains all the essential dry ingredients needed to produce a light, fluffy chocolate sponge cake. You simply add eggs and water (sometimes oil, depending on the brand), whip, and bake. By whipping you create volume allowing a greater yield when making a sponge cake or cupcakes. The goal is consistent volume, softness and texture without needing to measure individual ingredients.
