This fine Belgian chocolate has a minimum of 70.5% dry cocoa solids and a 38.9% fat content with a thick fluidty making this the perfect chocolate for all types of applications including, desserts, bon bons, brownies, cakes and drinks too. It is a roasted cocoa with sour notes and slightly bitter.
