A delicious premix for the ultimate buttermilk rusk. Contains no added preservatives and colourants and is perfect for that cuppa coffee or afternoon tea. Can be made into a range of different varieties by adding aniseed, raisins or bran while mixing. Requirements to make this buttermilk rusk are simply water, eggs and oil.
