Description
An oil-based flavouring that can be used to flavour anything from buttercreams, cupcakes, cakes, chocolates, ganache, ice cream, macaron shells, royal icing, meringues, gummy candy and even hard candy. Our essences are of a high quality and strong in their flavour. Do not use more than 3-5 drops. Cinnamon essence is perfect to use when you are unable to use fresh or ground cinnamon – sweet, warm and slightly spicey.
